Our new office is a destination worth coming to. It reflects our belief that the workplace should go beyond a traditional office setting and become an environment that actively supports creativity, mentorship, and continuous learning.
From the outset, the space was designed around project-centric principles rather than departments or hierarchy. By breaking away from conventional seating arrangements, we created a studio that fosters equality, inclusivity, and the open exchange of ideas. Removing barriers allows for greater collaboration, cross-pollination of skills, and professional growth. Team members are empowered with choice and flexibility in how they work, creating a dynamic atmosphere where innovation thrives and individuals feel valued and supported. The building itself reinforces this philosophy. Drawn to its lightness, airiness, and openness, we intentionally preserved historic elements such as the century-old gantry crane and existing art installations. This adaptive reuse approach honors the industrial and artistic past of the structure while embracing sustainability by leveraging its embodied energy and minimizing environmental impact. The result is a visually engaging environment that balances heritage with modern functionality. More than a workplace, the new LPAS office strengthens culture and identity. It enhances employee satisfaction and motivation by offering a setting that prioritizes wellbeing alongside performance. Through thoughtful design, we have created a studio that inspires people to come together, collaborate meaningfully, and grow alongside the work itself.
Designed around projects rather than hierarchy, the studio promotes collaboration across teams and disciplines. Flexible work settings allow staff to choose how they engage throughout the day.
Historic elements were preserved and integrated into the design, honoring the building’s past while reinforcing our commitment to sustainability. The adaptive reuse approach reduces environmental impact while creating a distinctive and inspiring workplace.
